Hi Michael:
I have to tell you, these are absolutely wonderful! The sensitivity of the lines is just beautiful. It's clear where your eyes were following the lines and really observing. Really, truly good work. No criticism on these.

Hey Michael,
I should have posted the first time I stopped by, but your contour drawing posts got me thinking, and questioning. I'm not sure I've gotten to a place where I could explain what I mean, but I do want to let you know that I really like these.

I like the distortion in them- it reveals a bit about the things you were focusing on as you drew, which makes them really engaging. I'd love to see these painted- they remind me of picasso (I know, I know, I saw someone mention that already), and chagall.

I'd like to see your gesture drawings too, I hope you post a few!
