These are nice, you have the feel of water and movement.
Wow, Michael, that's good. If you really want some criticism, I'll give you some of the constructive type. When you do the reflections of the hull in the water, there probably won't be that much dark b/c of the lightness of the hull, but the mast will be there and will be long and broken up by the waves. Look next time you are out on the water sketching. This is something I have to remind myself to notice, too.
Great work! So peaceful looking, and the choice of the conte pencils adds a nice touch.
